Revolutionizing Swim Training: Designing Swimo's Wearable and Mobile Performance Tracking Solution

Swimo requires a wearable app that is able to instruct and keep track of each swimmer's performance as well as be linked to a mobile app with more detailed overviews of a swimmer’s data.

As a fitness enthusiast with a keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance athletic performance, the opportunity to work with Swimo Inc. was particularly exciting. The prospect of creating a tool that could provide swimmers with real-time feedback and comprehensive performance tracking resonated with my passion for innovative health solutions.

Background of the Project

‍Swimo Inc. aimed to develop a wearable application capable of instructing and tracking swimmers' performance, seamlessly linked to a mobile app offering detailed overviews of users' data.​

  • Conducted UX research through user surveys to identify needs and preferences.​
  • Designed the user interface from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.​

Swimmers lacked a medium to track their training, receive instructions, and connect wearable devices for performance monitoring.​
